As Executive Assistant to William N. Beynon, Kristen oversees the operations of the President & CEO, managing executive communications, scheduling, travel coordination, and administrative functions. With over a decade of experience supporting senior leadership across financial services, education, and real estate, Kristen combines organizational expertise, discretion, and a client-focused approach to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Before joining Capital Wealth Advisors in 2025, Kristen spent 10 years as a Realtor in both Colorado and Southwest Florida, working with a broad client base, including first-time buyers and investors. Earlier in her career, Kristen held key roles at several notable organizations. At Schrader International, she was Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and T&E Platform Administrator. She also worked at Jones International University as Executive Assistant to the President and COO and supported the Managing Director and senior associates at Bank of America / Merrill Lynch.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband, Robby, their two children, Pearl and Jaxson, and their English Bulldog. On weekends, you’ll often find her by the pool, out on the water boating or jet skiing, or tackling a home project.
