Mark is a dually registered investment advisor* serving as Senior Vice President of Tax & Financial Planning at Capital Wealth Advisors and Neptune Advisory, LLC dba Neptune Wealth. He works with clients to deliver customized financial strategies and personalized service. In his role, Mark seeks to help clients manage, preserve, and grow their wealth through tailored tax and financial planning and holistic wealth management.
Before joining Capital Wealth Advisors in 2026, Mark spent nearly eight years at Annex Wealth Management, advancing from Associate Wealth Manager to Senior Wealth Strategist in the firm’s Private Client division. He helped build that division and shape how the firm served its most complex relationships, working alongside attorneys, CPAs, and other specialists to pull investment, tax, and estate strategies into a single cohesive plan. He also mentored the next generation of advisors.
Mark began his career at Mutual of Omaha as both an Insurance Agent and Independent Financial Advisor, creating needs-based insurance strategies and delivering personalized investment and retirement planning for individuals, families, and business owners. That early, well-rounded foundation across insurance, investments, and comprehensive planning continues to shape his holistic approach to serving clients today.
Mark and his family call Wisconsin home. A husband and proud girl dad, he loves the outdoors and spends summer days at the lake with his golden retriever.

Clients are under no obligation to engage either CWA or Neptune or to use Mark in his capacity with either firm, and are free to seek advisory services elsewhere. Clients should ask Mark and/or firm compliance personnel any questions about how this dual registration may affect the services or recommendations they receive.
